YX-6Z model silicon crystal bar splice table mainly used for splice of crystal bar, it can be used matches with YX-5D, YX-6D/6DA crystal orientation instrument and multiple line cutting device. It can used for calculate X & Y deflection angle bar’s splice after orientation measurement, the angular instrument applies with direct reading coder, decreased mechanical transmission error, improves measurement precision. The X & Y angle coder and digital displaying instrument all imported from Germany which is with convenient operation and high measurement precision.
Structure:
YX-6Z model silicon crystal bar splice table can stick 4-12inch diameter, 500mm length crystal bar, it can also stick N numbers crystal bar and double axis coder on one flitch, it has X, Y angle digital display meter, with international common calculating method, and degree as unit, displays minimum precision of 0.001 degree, for X orientation diversion is ±15degree, Y crystal bar diversion is ±90degree. It has crystal clamp fixing device and up-down device, matches with a weighting digital display meter which used for display crystal bar’s weight and let crystal bar and flitch combine to best value.
